I actually bought this book 4 years ago and glanced through it. I really like the way my stations are currently structured, so I am not sure that I will be a “total convert” but… I can always kick it up a notch. I know this is a great resource for teaching routines. When I went to find this book… poof! It was gone! I must have let someone borrow it. Luckily, I just ordered it from Amazon and it was waiting for me when I got back from my trip. Must get caught up!
2. Revise this product. I created this last year to align with the Common Core Standards. All-in-all I was really pleased with it. However, each assessment is given one-on-one. This is the plight with kindergarten assessment. I plan on revising this assessments, so teachers can have the option of assessing one-on-one or as a whole class. Now this won’t be possible with every skill, but I think many skills can be assessed this way. If you have already bought this… YIPPEE! You can get the update without any additional cost. Currently, this assessment is $4.00, but I will increase it to $6.00 once I have made the updates.
Never the less, with 3 short weeks before the Vegas conference, I will need to take action!
Thank you to whom ever nominated me for this blog award! I know this is called “Battle of the Blogs” but I hope nobody feels this way. Blogs are cooperative thing. We work together, share, and learn side-by-side.
Now I need to get really focused! Ha!
