I love the colored duct tape that has been coming out!  I have shown my desk pockets before, but we added an additional pocket before we left for break.  This will keep all of their punch cards in one place.

I also used duct tape for their different journals.  We use 3 journals in my class and about 95% of the time my students grab the correct journal.  This will help make that process faster.  You can find a TON of different duct tape colors and patterns HERE.
