Deedee Wills - Mrs. Wills Kindergarten

Peek at my Week… Well…

So this week started out the best way possible!   I had some visitors from Missouri.  These two sweeties were in my class last year and they came out to Colorado for Labor Day Weekend!
We did a little local hiking.
Then Mr. Wills and I took off for Yellowstone!  I have never been and it was spectacular!
Our trip was made even more enjoyable because someone told us about Gypsy Guide.  It was a $5 app that I purchased and it was seriously AMAZING!   It was a GPS guided tour.  I am not a good destination researcher, so this little app was a wonderful narrated tour that pointed out sights to see and filled us in on Yellowstone’s history and ecological facts!  If we hadn’t download it, we would have missed this great swimming hole!
There was LOTS of windshield time…. LOTS!  So I worked on these.  I am happy to report that Guiding Readers November (1st AND 2nd edition) are almost complete.  Deanna is finishing her portion and they should be posted by the end of the week.
Then we zipped (lumbered) across to the other side of Wyoming to meet up with my parents.
We hung out with these guys!
I just pulled into the driveway.  After a week of battling ZERO internet, I am ready to sit down and get back to work.
I will be back next week with a REAL peek at my week!

  1. I live in South Dakota! About 300 miles east of Mt. Rushmore. We try to drive out to the Black Hills at least once a year. We are planning to retire very close to Mt. Rushmore in Keystone or Hill City. Do your parents live in South Dakota? Sounds like you had a wonderful trip. Liz
