Karen Berry –
Hi,
Could you describe the types of activities that students will do for each country? I saw one was color the continent, I was wondering what other interactive jobs the students would have to complete. Also it seems that there are some extra “The”s at the start of some of the slides.
Deedee –
Sure, they watch the video. The find the continent and color it. They respond with information about a tradition they learned about. They color the flag. 🙂
Karen Berry –
Sounds great, thank you!
Belinda Ray –
Are these available as PDF? I am face to face.
Belinda
Deedee –
Yes, they are available in Deanna Jump’s store if you are look for printables.

How do students draw in the google slides format?
Deedee –
They use the Scribble Tool. 🙂
MicheleM –
Can they be used to teach kindergartners virtually and not assigned?
Deedee –
Yes, you would want to use the Google Slides version for that. 🙂
maria –
is the Holiday bundle you have here suitable for Pre-K?
Do you have other resources for Pre-K?
Deedee –
If you did the activities together, absolutely. But it would be hard for them to complete the tasks on their own.
Marcie –
With any us if back to in person learning will you be creating activities for the classroom once again? Also if I purchased holidays around the year already from Deanna is her being update?
Thanks
Deedee –
Yes! We made this together! However, this is not included in her previous unit. 🙂 Same information, but we recorded each powerpoint to turn it into a movie and made digital response pages. 🙂
I’m hearing from many teachers that they like the digital options, so I will try to include both in the future. Printable and digital. 🙂
Liz –
I don’t use Google or Seesaw with my kiddos virtually. Is this available as a Powerpoint?
Deedee –
Originally, it was not, but I’m finding some schools have limited access to files outside of their organization. When I add the final 5 files, I will include the PowerPoint files.
Kimberly D Vann –
When we purchase through your website, is there a way we can always come back to down load our purchases if needed?
Deedee –
Yes! You just log into your account and you can download your purchases whenever you want.
Emily –
Is this another collab with Deanna Jump? I bought her unit last year and don’t want to “double buy” it!! Thanks
Deedee –
Yes! We made this together! However, this is not included in her previous unit. 🙂 Same information, but we recorded each powerpoint to turn it into a movie and made digital response pages. 🙂

Hi Deedee! I am having some issues with permissions on the video and audio. My students are being asked to request access no matter how I set my share setting so I’m wondering if its a setting in the original. Any suggestions for getting this for my kids?
Thanks!
Deedee –
Yes, sadly that seems to be a setting your school administration has set up. No matter what I do on my end the issue still remains. ( have gotten a few hundred requests for access that I have on automatic approval, but it does not seem to matter.) You can talk to your school tech department. I think the only solution is for you to load the videos individually. There is a link in the unit so you can do that. I’m sorry, I wish there was another solution.
