Description
Survey graphing activity with added name practice! You will love this 2-in-1 resource!
Build classroom community and introduce your students to graphing with these fun survey questions.
There are 20 survey questions with images so students can easily answer the questions independently.
HOW DO I USE THIS RESOURCE?
You can complete this activity any time throughout your day. I loved using it first thing in the morning when students were arriving during our soft start. Students would come in and look at the survey for the day, answer the survey, and then begin their name practice with the editable sheets. We would then graph the survey results. Plus, many of the questions can serve as a pre-writing activity to persuasive or opinion writing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jennifer says, “Awesome beginning of year activity! I got to know more about my students through their voting and I was able to quickly assess which students needed more practice on writing.”
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Darcy says, “I love these surveys as opportunities to get students talking and giving them a purpose for practicing to write their name rather than simply writing their name on practice sheets.”
