This could be a good introduction video to get students thinking about Earth Day. I don’t usually show many cartoon videos like this but this video has some really good information about Earth Day good information!

#2 Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

Video from Happy Learning about the three “R”s.  I love how it provides some useful ways kids and reduce, reuse, and recycle.

#3 Recycling for Kids | Kids Academy

Kids Academy has some great videos on YouTube! There are a ton of fun math, science, social studies, and even literacy topics. Here is a great video on recycling that would be perfect for Earth Day. Check them out!

 #4 How Recycling Works | SciShow Kids

SciShow videos are probably one of my favorite for information.  This is a great video on recycling.

#5 Going Green Song | Harry Kindergarten

Upbeat song by Harry Kindergarten about reducing, reusing, and recycling! Put this on for a quick movement break for your kids. I can totally picture some kids dancing along to this song.

#6 It’s Earth Day by Mercer Mayer | Read Aloud

Classic read aloud about Earth Day. We love Little Critter books! But more importantly, students love them!

Another great song to learn more about Earth Day! Jack Hartmann sings about recycling.
