Fact family games and centers for your primary classroom. With these editable activities, students practice counting numbers, number bonds, and fact families.
Fact Family Games
What better way to have students practice math skills than while playing a game. This fun math game is an excellent resource for students to practice counting numbers and understand number bonds and fact families. And better yet, it is editable! You can easily create your own set of game cards.
There are three levels, complete with I Can cards, to easily differentiate within your classroom. Oh, and they are monthly themed so you can use them throughout your entire year!
Counting Numbers
At the lowest level, students count out cubes to match the number they roll on a dice.
Number Bonds
Students roll the dice and use cubes to show a completed number bond. Then they can record the number bonds they made. In this picture, you can see a smaller cube that is being used.

Fact Families
After students understand number bonds, they are ready to move onto the next level. Using the same center cards, students focus on creating and writing fact families.
Add these fact family games to your daily math centers. They are a great addition to your small-group activities, too!
