Illustrative Studies Book Study is revisited.  A few years ago, I helped organize a blog book study on one of my favorite professional books,  In Pictures and in Words by Katie Wood Ray.

In case you missed it, I wanted to give you a little walk down memory lane!

Chapters 1-6:  Illustrations and Writing

The first few chapters provided the rationale for using picture books to teach the qualities of writing.  You can read more about these chapters by clicking HERE.

I have the same question as Maryann, above – where should I look for book study posts? My book arrived quickly from Amazon – even though when I ordered it it said 3-4 weeks. It was more like 3-4 days!

    • Deedee July 2 at 8:32 am

Yay for the book arrival. I am going to get my post up TODAY! I am working on it RIGHT NOW! Yay!
